## FAQ

**Where is Rose Cutter located?**
Rose Cutter is at 1326 Tacoma Ave S #100, Tacoma, WA 98402 (Pierce County).

**What are Rose Cutter's hours?**
Published hours: Mon 12pm–10pm · Wed–Sat 12pm–10pm · Sun 12pm–9pm. Hours change — confirm with the studio before you go, especially for walk-ins.

**How do I book a tattoo at Rose Cutter?**
Reach Rose Cutter through online booking (rosecuttertacoma.com/complim…), the website (rosecuttertacoma.com), phone at (253) 999-2982, or Instagram (@rosecuttertacoma). Most Washington studios ask for a deposit to hold an appointment, and custom pieces usually need a consultation first.

**Is Rose Cutter licensed?**
Washington requires every tattoo shop and tattoo artist to hold a Department of Licensing license (RCW 18.300). You can confirm any shop or artist with the DOL license lookup; see our Washington tattoo laws guide for how. City of Tacoma, Tax and License open data lists Rose Cutter as a registered City of Tacoma business since 2021 (data as of October 16, 2026). That is a city business registration, not a Department of Licensing tattoo license.
