## FAQ

**Where is Lilith Tattoo located?**
Lilith Tattoo is at 2006 E Union St #1, Seattle, WA 98122, in Seattle's Central District neighborhood (King County).

**How do I book a tattoo at Lilith Tattoo?**
Reach Lilith Tattoo through the website (lilithtattooseattle.com), phone at (206) 335-7783, or Instagram (@lilithtattooseattle). Most Washington studios ask for a deposit to hold an appointment, and custom pieces usually need a consultation first.

**Is Lilith Tattoo licensed?**
Washington requires every tattoo shop and tattoo artist to hold a Department of Licensing license (RCW 18.300). You can confirm any shop or artist with the DOL license lookup; see our Washington tattoo laws guide for how. City of Seattle, Department of Finance and Administrative Services open data lists Lilith Tattoo as a registered City of Seattle business since 2017 (data as of October 17, 2026). That is a city business registration, not a Department of Licensing tattoo license.

**What other tattoo shops are near Lilith Tattoo?**
Nearby studios include Iconic Ink (< 0.1 mi), Not Occult Tattoo (< 0.1 mi), and Dark Age Tattoo (0.5 mi).

**Does Lilith Tattoo accept walk-ins?**

**Are masks required inside Lilith Tattoo?**
Yes. The studio says clients are still required to wear masks inside.
