## FAQ

**Where is Fenix Tattoo located?**
Fenix Tattoo is at 87 Yesler Way, Seattle, WA 98104, in Seattle's Pioneer Square neighborhood (King County).

**What are Fenix Tattoo's hours?**
The hours on Fenix Tattoo's website don't agree with each other, so we don't list them. Check the studio's website or call before you go.

**How do I book a tattoo at Fenix Tattoo?**
Reach Fenix Tattoo through online booking (fenixtattoos.com/contact-8), the website (fenixtattoos.com), phone at (206) 623-1090, or Instagram (@fenixtattoos). Most Washington studios ask for a deposit to hold an appointment, and custom pieces usually need a consultation first.

**How much does a tattoo cost at Fenix Tattoo?**
Fenix Tattoo's website lists: Shop minimum $88. The final price depends on size, placement, detail and session time, so ask for a quote.

**Is Fenix Tattoo licensed?**
Washington requires every tattoo shop and tattoo artist to hold a Department of Licensing license (RCW 18.300). You can confirm any shop or artist with the DOL license lookup; see our Washington tattoo laws guide for how. City of Seattle, Department of Finance and Administrative Services open data lists Fenix Tattoo as a registered City of Seattle business since 1999 (data as of October 17, 2026). That is a city business registration, not a Department of Licensing tattoo license.
