## FAQ

**Where is Cicada Tattoo located?**
Cicada Tattoo is at 1128 S L St, Tacoma, WA 98405 (Pierce County).

**How do I book a tattoo at Cicada Tattoo?**
Reach Cicada Tattoo through online booking (cicadatattoo.com/book), the website (cicadatattoo.com), phone at (253) 260-4045, or Instagram (@cicadatattoo). Most Washington studios ask for a deposit to hold an appointment, and custom pieces usually need a consultation first.

**Is Cicada Tattoo licensed?**
Washington requires every tattoo shop and tattoo artist to hold a Department of Licensing license (RCW 18.300). You can confirm any shop or artist with the DOL license lookup; see our Washington tattoo laws guide for how. City of Tacoma, Tax and License open data lists Cicada Tattoo as a registered City of Tacoma business since 2019 (data as of October 16, 2026). That is a city business registration, not a Department of Licensing tattoo license.
